Common questions

How do I play? Swipe left and right to change lanes, up to jump and down to squish under bars. Double-tap to use the power-up you are holding.

What are fish and catnip? Fish are earned by running and from missions, and buy fur colours, fish skins, power-up upgrades and revives. Catnip comes in packs from the shop, and a little is also earned from the hardest missions, the daily bonus for finishing all 3 daily missions, and free catnip videos in the shop. Catnip unlocks new cats. Catnip can be swapped for fish (1 catnip = 10 fish), but not the other way round.

I bought catnip but didn't get it. Close and reopen the game while online. A purchase that was interrupted is delivered the next time the game starts. If it still doesn't arrive, send us a message below with the date of the purchase.

A cat is still loading or won't download. Cats other than Gwa Gwa are downloaded the first time you pick them in the shop. Check your internet connection and try again; once downloaded, a cat also works offline.

Can I move my progress to a new device? Not at the moment. Progress, including catnip, is saved only on the device and is lost if the game is deleted. Catnip packs are consumable and can't be restored.

I bought No Ads on another device, or reinstalled the game. Open the shop and tap Restore purchases (also in Settings), using the same Apple ID or Google account. No Ads turns back on.

I bought No Ads but still see videos. No Ads removes the ads between runs. Videos for a free escape, double fish or free catnip are always optional and only play when you tap them.

I watched a video but didn't get the reward. The reward is given only when the video plays to the end. If you closed it early, or the ad failed to load, there is no reward. Free catnip videos are limited to 5 a day.

How do I stop personalised ads? On iPhone and iPad, choose "Ask App Not to Track" or turn it off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On both iPhone and Android, if the game asked for your ad consent (in the EU, UK and similar regions) or you live in a US state with a privacy law, you can change your choice in the game under Settings → Ad privacy → Manage. On Android, reset or delete your Advertising ID in the device's ads settings. See the Privacy Policy.

What does "Reset progress" do? It erases fish, upgrades, skins, missions and records. Catnip you bought, cats you unlocked and No Ads are kept.

Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google Play, not by us. On iPhone and iPad, request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, follow Google Play's refund steps.
